SoftGenetics NextGENe 2.10

NextGENe is a powerful program designed for the analysis of desktop sequencing data produced by the ION PGM, Roche Junior, Illumina MiSeq as well as high throughput systems as the Ion Torrent Proton, Roche FLX, Applied BioSystems SOLiD and Illumina platforms. It contains analysis modules for SNP/INDEL and Structural Variant Analysis, Copy Number Variation (CNV), Prediction and Rare Disease Discovery; Whole Genome Alignment and Transcriptome.
